This 6-week programme is directed at individuals who aren't sure how to structure their gym-based training & also for amateur athletes who are looking to improve their performance. The tailored 6-week gym programme is delivered conveniently through our exercise app. A comprehensive baseline profiling session (1-hour) ensures that testing is specific to your individual needs and the demands of your sport. We assess previous injuries and test physical qualities such as maximal dynamic strength, endurance strength, reactive strength, isometric strength, mobility and core endurance. The results of your baseline testing help me to plan your 6-week block. And yes, you can continue to use the programme after the 6 weeks is up.
